PRICING OPTIONS
Class packs/BOGO's cannot be split or shared.
Please make sure you have actually booked a spot in the class, and not just purchased one. Text, Double check with us if unsure. 513-900-1771. You will get an email for both your purchase AND class confirmation if you've booked successfully. Please note, if it's been over a year since you've taken a class with us, we do require another level 1 as a refresher.
To purchase BOGO/class packs etc, scroll through the scheduler, and then click "more options" to see other choices. All class packs/memberships are able to be used for any class offered on scheduler.

BOOKING PROCESS FOR NEWBIES:
We always suggest Downloading/using the Groovio app for booking. If you plan to use the desktop, This is what your booking process will look like:
1. scroll down to Groovio Calendar.
2. Click through dates. (Beginner bungee is M/W at 6pm and Sat at 11:30.
3. If you see 10/10 that means there are 10 out 10 spots booked.
4. When you find a date that works for you, select "book now."
5. If you are booking with someone else, EACH person needs their own account and reservation.
7. If you want to take advantage of BOGO or class packs, click "more options" when you get to the check out page.
8. You'll know you booked successfully if you receive and email for your payment/ AND class date info.
9. Text or email for support.

These contracts allows you to attend any class (unless otherwise specified) at the studio up to 1x per week or 4/8 or unlimited times a month. YOU CAN attend whenever it works for you, either 1x per week or 4x in one week.
You will be charged the same amount per month unless otherwise cancelled. Please give 30 days notice for cancelation requests.
Memberships will auto cycle each month and classes do NOT roll over. You can not gift, share or split memberships.

You are allotted 1 vacation pause and 1 sickness pause per year.

We require 30 days notice to end the contract. For questions contact studio.

As always, our restrictions apply*
-Must start in level 1 bungee, must be between 90-240 lbs, (no requirement for weight for aerial) , must not have active infection, fever, cough or illness. No recent surgery or major health concerns, can't be pregnant (for bungee & aerial) As always, talk to your doctor before starting a new fitness routine.

You currently must be 11+ (90-240lbs) to take a bungee class, and 7+ for aerial hammock. (With Parent)

You WILL be privately weighed for bungee classes, and if you are over or under the limit, we will unfortunately not be able to let you take class for safety risks.
