Important Notes before you book:
IMPORTANT:
-Bungee fitness is intense cardio. Although low impact in the body, the cardio is heavy. We always say, level 1 isn't easy, it's just the first place you start. We can always modify skills, however if you are not typically someone who works out often, or is active, you may find this class to be difficult. Having said that, we still encourage everyone to try! For those who suffer from vestibular disorders or who have had recent surgery or severe illness, please contact your doctor before attending.

-Pace yourself. If you start to feel like it's too much, there is nothing wrong with unclipping. We don't want anyone to feel sick or faint :) If you can't get out, wave your arm and someone will be there to let you out asap.
​
-Avoid shorts/ crop tops. (They cause chaffing) wear supportive clothing and gym shoes with good traction!
​
-Avoid eating heavy 2 hours prior (Lots of bouncing going on)
​
-Bring water.
​
-Park in our back lot unless otherwise instructed.
​
-Please keep an eye out for important info texts/emails from us.
​
-Don't be late! You will not be permitted to enter after class begins.
​
RESTRICTIONS:
​
Must be at least 11 years old, between 90-240 lbs, (you are privately weighed to get adequate equipment) no recent injury, illness, or surgery. Cannot be pregnant. We cannot accommodate anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is displaying hate speech, harassment or disrespect towards other clients and or staff. All sales are final and cannot be partially or fully refunded.

IMPORTANT INFO ON BOOKING!


FOR WEEKLY CLASSES:
We book extremely fast, the best way to get in with multiple people, is to book far in advance. If you see 10/10 next to a class, that means 10/10 spots are booked. You CAN join the waitlist, but that is not a promised spot. You will be added if someone else cancels.
we have level 1 bungee every M/W at 6pm, and Sat at 11:30am. Classes are PRE BOOK only! We do not accept walk ins. Please make sure you have actually booked a spot in the class, and not just purchased one. Text, Double check with us if unsure. 513-900-1771.
FOR PRIVATE GROUPS:
The cost is $30 per/person for the hour. We take a deposit of $210 to hold your spot. (minimum amount) which covers 7 people. If you need to cancel, we will rebook a date that works for all parties as all sales are final.
$210 Payment is due to hold your spot. The remainder (if any) is due the week prior.
We can hold a max of 13 participants. If you have less than 7 people that is okay, however the minimum cost does not change.
